Technology in MIE

Students have access to Moodle [a virtual learning environment]; Outlook email [with an app available for your smartphone] and OneDrive space, for the duration of their studies in MIE.

All IT queries should be routed through the MIE Helpdesk in the first instance - we prioritise queries raised in this manner - www.jiangkai.net/helpdesk.

MIE boasts several computer spaces:

The main PC lab is located in M13, near the Students' Union.

Collab Space (Green & Red) - these innovative mobile learning spaces are located in St Patrick's Building, and are where most of your technology classes are held.

There are machines down in the Library which are also available to students.

There are computer kiosks located around campus, where you can check email between lectures.
